There are several different job descripitions in a spa:
Shampoo Technician are people who clean and wash hair so it's prepped for a cut by a Hairstylist.

Beauty Therapists do the facials, hair removals, skin wraps, massages, etc.

Nail Technicians do mani's and pedi's.

Electrologists work the machines for things like laser hair removal.
